Everett Ways and Means Committee (Monday April 13, 2026)

The committee heard an item transferring $150,000 from water and sewer retained earnings to emergency repairs, and the superintendent said the funding was needed because of prior sewer collapses and aging infrastructure. Officials also discussed that other line items, including pipes, fittings, and professional services, had already been shifted to cover repair invoices.
