During questioning of Farrah Costa, Katy Rogers asked whether Costa would support statewide nip redemption under the bottle bill and oppose liquor store advertising in public parks. Costa said she would hear from everyone on the bottle-bill question and agreed that liquor stores should not advertise in public parks.
