Mayor Robert J. Van Campen and the Council on Aging are excited to offer manicures to older adults at the Connolly Center. Manicures will be offered on the third Wednesday of every month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Feb. 18. Appointments are booked every half hour during that time slot.
